Phone changes
We have introduced some changes to our phone system in the past week. Customers are now greeted with an automated voice menu directing them to the appropriate department. We tried to keep the process short and sweet so feedback is welcome if you feel we can improve this. The options are
- Press 1 for Sales
- Press 2 for Billing
- Press 3 for Support
- Hold on the line to be connected to the next available agent
- Press 0 to repeat the above options
